These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Solaris Converter mobile application ("App") and any associated website. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Services

Solaris is a mobile utility application designed for the Solana blockchain ecosystem. It allows users to perform basic mathematical currency conversions, monitor public address token holdings, and track active delegator staking records.

Solaris does not store, send, or receive cryptocurrencies, nor does it execute smart contracts or trading transactions. Any transaction execution is handled entirely by external wallet applications via the Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

All calculations, historical/live price data, and portfolio values displayed in the App are for informational and simulation purposes only.

The App does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
You should not make buy, sell, or trade decisions based solely on the App's outputs.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing or conversion rate data retrieved from public third-party APIs.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Securing the physical mobile device on which the App is installed.
Validating transaction details, gas fees, and target addresses inside your external wallet app before approving signatures.
Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and laws regarding digital assets in your jurisdiction.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR SECURITY BREACHES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and assets in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App without our prior written consent or outside the terms of the project's license.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
